Ian is very friendly and has made the whole of kitchen and hall look amazing .

Really recommend ford tile Restoration .

Ian responded quickly to my request for a quote to clean our tiled kitchen floor. He spotted from photos that the floor was terracotta (not quarry tiles as I thought) and was able to come to do the work over a couple of days.

The result looks great - clean and lighter with a vibrant finish. We are really pleased. Ian is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Great service.

Ian from Ford Tile Restoration was brilliant. He has done an excellent job, and our floor looks like new.

He is punctual, organised and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended

Ian was great and deep cleaned my pitted tiles that had been troubling me for 2 years!

The floor now looks better than when it was first laid. Highly recommend.

Everything you'd want from a trade/service. Punctual, polite, professional and most importantly - a great job.

The floor has never been so clean and hopefully now, with a proper seal, will stay that way for a long while. Highly recommended, don't hesitate.

So helpful and professional. My floors look brand new! Would highly recommend

Ian did a great job at changing the seal and cleaning our Terrocotta tiles which run through most of ground floor.

It’s gone from a floor we disliked to one we really love. V professional, would recommend

Ford Tile Restoration really is impressive with the work they can do on stone and tiles etc.

The service is very professional, excellent standard of work, and reasonably priced.
- can't ask for better than that.

Ian has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real expert in his field. He has done a super job deep cleaning and sealing our tiled kitchen floor.

Prior to the photo you see it was a very different colour having had a 3 year old, 56 kilo Leonberger call it home for the past 3 years! We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ian’s services.

We had our slate floor cleaned and sealed as it was in a pretty bad state. The company were methodical and extremely professional. They took the upmost care whilst carrying out the works and went above and beyond to ensure the least amount of disruption for us.

Our floor is now as if we had it laid yesterday! Colours are amazing and the seal is first rate. Highly recommend and will be booking all future floor maintenance with them too. They saved us from replacing the flooring with a new one - as we thought it was beyond redemption - so they have literally saved us money too!

Ian carried out a concrete polishing job for us, and we were astounded with the results, his attention to detail and the overall service.

Highly recommended.
